Hello there.  Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Kari Aquino Hayes and with over two decades of real estate experience, I bring a professional, polished, and people?first approach to guiding clients through one of life’s biggest transitions. I was licensed in 2005 and proudly serve the broader Spokane–Coeur d’Alene–Selkirk region. My work is grounded in foundational market knowledge, long?standing relationships, and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience making sure my clients know what to expect.

Before entering real estate, I built a career in the service industry—experience that taught me the importance of exceptional customer care, communication, and anticipating needs before they arise. Those values have carried naturally into my work as a Realtor® and Managing Broker. Whether working with buyers, sellers, investors, or those navigating lifestyle transitions, I lead with a client?first mindset and a warm, approachable presence, ensuring every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the process.

I specialize in luxury homes, new construction, investment properties, first?time buyers, relocations, and senior transitions. I also bring expertise in seller listing launch strategies, pre?marketing on social media, and development opportunities—including tiny homes and emerging community projects. With multi?state licensing across Washington and Idaho, I offer a seamless experience for clients moving across borders or exploring diverse property types within the Pacific Northwest.

As a Certified Seller Marketing Specialist® and Certified Luxury Specialist, I deliver strategic pricing, strong negotiation, and high?quality presentation that consistently help my sellers achieve top?tier results. Giving back is a core part of who I am. I am a proud contributor to both the John L. Scott Foundation and the Anna Shiendler Foundation, supporting community health, family services, and children in need. Outside of real estate, I am a wife and mom to a darling young lady. When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me traveling, gardening, or enjoying a great garage sale treasure hunt. I also love exploring local favorites such as The Elk Public House, Twigs, and Anthony’s Fish House.
