A Little About Me

Hello there.  Please allow me to introduce myself.  My name is Kari Aquino-Hayes and I am a John L. Scott Realtor licensed since 2005.  Not only that, I am a wife and a mother to a lovely little lady.  I was born and rasised in the Spokane Valley and serve our region stretching north, to the south hill, west plains, south valley, Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake and also northern Idaho.  

Buying

I pride myself on delivering exceptional real estate experiences whether buying, selling, or investing.  If you are buying, one of my promises to you is you will never miss out on seeing a home.  Between myself and my licensed real estate assistant, we will will make sure we always have time to show you the newest listings that pop on the market.  I will also prepare a buyers' market analysis when it comes time to writing an offer to ensure you know what comparable homes have recently sold for to make smart buying decisions.  With years of experience in negotiations, I will make sure you are in a position to compete and win in multiple offers.  One other thing with buying real estate...it's fun.  Another commitment is to make sure you know what to expect and enjoy the process.

Selling

Selling real estate can be stressful.  My main commitment to home owners selling is to alleviate as much of that stress as possible.  If I can help facilitate furnace servicing, house cleaning or any other professionals needed to get your home ready to list, I will.  I believe professional photography/videography is the best marketing dollars I can spend on your behalf.  For each home I sell, I prepare a strategic marketing calendar so you what to expect when it comes to where my efforts will be focused to get your home sold in the least amount of time for the most amount of money.
